Just had lunch there as a family of 5 and all of our meals were delicious! The bread was seasoned great, we had tasty calamari, I had a daily special - truffle mushroom risotto with scallops and goat cheese...it was to die for! My husband had the lobster avocado grilled cheese and thought it was delicious. My daughter had the chipotle BBQ pulled pork and loved it, my older son enjoyed his burger and my younger his chicken tenders. They dont have a kids menu but can make tender or cheese pizza (not on the menu). The service was very friendly and our waitress was kind and tentative, especially with our drink refills. We stopped here on a whim and boy am I glad we did!

An adorable ambiance with even better food. Very classy lay out. Super friendly and attentive staff. Enjoyed one of the most amazing New England Clam Chowders I have ever had. Every different texture but absolutely delicious. Enjoyed a fresh fish and chips and IPA after the soup. The fish was perfectly cooked.

A friend recommended me this restaurant. I decided to take my mom out to dinner for Mother's Day. My experience was 10/10. Michelle was our server and she was AMAZING! Michelle was super friendly & accommodating! I got the fried goat cheese balls as an app, gnocchi for my entree and the chocolate lava cake for dessert! I can't wait to go back again soon!

This is a lovely placed , we had tried it last year for Mother 's day, and when planning our outing for this year, as I consult my Mom without doubt she request to go back that place ( Olio ) , My mom does not remember the Name of places she basically call it, The place where we ate that felt like home, That's, how she perceive the attention, the good vibe and lovely display of care that goes from host at front door to the last person of the staff quite good as you walk in. Reservation is easy to placed, food is amazing good, but service is above and beyond.

Excellent meal as always from Olio. Great menu options. Specials are always fresh and intriguing. Had the halibut special with French potato salad and yellow pepper sauce. Fish was well seasoned and flavorful. Only complaint would be that it may have been just a touch overcooked and thus a bit dry....this is preferable to underdone though....potato salad was refreshing on a hot day and the yellow pepper sauce was a nice compliment to both... My wife had the salad pizza which she said was excellent and enough for lunch the next day. For dessert we had the banana and chocolate ravioli with malted milk ball icecream....this was outstanding and more than enough to share....could easily have served 4 with it. Our waitress Stella and the entire wait team was attentive and courteous. We thank them for their work and efforts. Would definitely recommend for a nice evening out with friends or romantic dinner date.

Happened to be in the Groton area and stopped for lunch at Olio. Very nice outdoor patio with shade, lovely helpful staff and upscale, delicious appetizers. The calamari was light with great dipping sauces; the potato nachos were crunchy and flavorful. Highly recommend for an easygoing, enjoyable eatery.

OMG....I was in town on business and didn't find this place until 5 days here....Olio is a gem. Great food, service, and atmosphere. I thought the Applebee's was going to be where I would eat when in town....Nothing against Applebee's, but if you want an upscale () place to eat, THIS is the place. Great wine, Tomato soup, grass fed burger, and 6 layer carrot cake....I hate myself that I didn't find this place earlier in my trip. If you are in the area of Groton and want incredible food, service and atmosphere...this is THE PLACE!!! Debbie the bartender was awesome!!!! Well done!!!

Great food and amazingly large portions. We tried several different items and they were all delicious. It is a quite place with great service. Make sure to try the Bang Bang Shrimp. We told them to put the Korean Tempura Brussell Sprouts sauce on the shrimp. That would be an amazing appetizer. Thank you Danni for doing such a wonderful job.
